gmod13 srcds crash

my gmod 13 darkrp server just pops up with the srcds box and then it crashes. this is my startup.bat file
srcds.exe -console -game garrysmodbeta +maxplayers 36 +map rp_downtown_v2.bsp +gamemode darkrp
