I don't need help with that. I already know how to. I have another VPS that I have CS:GO server running perfectly on. I'm just having this update issue on this one VPS. The problem is SteamCMD is reading the server is already up to date, but when the server launches it says it isn't up to date and restarts.

You must to delete all SteamCmd files from this VPS and try to reinstall SteamCmd.
