CSGO Guns drop on respawn

On ower clan GO server when players respawn some loss there weapons and have to rebuy.
Others loss there picked up weapons.
Any ideas how to fix this problem so players retain the guns.
Server runs Mani Admin and sourcemod with one plugin for downloading

What is the name of plugin for sourcemod?

You should post the configs for mani admin plugin and sourcemod.

You can remove any sensitive information like passwords...etc.

If your weapons drop like that in the beginning of the round, it's usually something defined in the configs.
