I think you input your ports in the wrong section of the router settings. It says "Single Port Forwarding" instead of "Port Forwarding". Is there another section of port forwarding? What type of router do you have or is it a modem? Look for the section that has port forwarding ranges. It doesn't make sense to use external and internal ports. I think those are used for something else.

Yes, I actually figured it out

I needed to use Port Range Forwarding instead of Single Port Forwarding (I have no idea why, but whatever)

Thanks anyway!

Single Port Forwarding only covers a "single port." For example, 27015 is open only.

Port Range Forwarding covers "multiple ports." For example, 27000-27015 is opened. (Ex. 27000, 27001, 27002, 27003, 27015) etc.

I think the external port and internal port deals with opening the ports for external/internal ips. Such as if you are behind a router.

I hope that makes sense in understanding the difference.
