What happens is it loads but it only gets to two bars is there anything I can do

Please read before posting on forums. You need to give more details on the problem so people can suggest solutions.
http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/10415 How long do you wait? Did you open the correct ports for the server? Are you hosting the srcds server on the same computer and connecting to it? ETC... 
Ok I have setten all of the configurations and portforwarded and if you need I will get a screen shot of them both. I have even created a shortcut and put it on the desktop. Now when I run the server everything is fine, but when I try to connect it only loads two bars. Yes I am connecting to the same server I am hosting it on, I will now post a screen shot of the ports.
