Gmod Server Issue

I am hosting a GMOD dedicated server, but there's one problem. I have an addon called Falco's prop protection. I can't edit the options because it's saying I'm not a superadmin(using ULX), even though I set myself as one via the server console. The wierd thing is if I set someone else as a super admin, they can freely edit the options. Anyone know how to fix this?[/u]

Adding yourself as a ULX admin doesnt make you a Gmod Super Admin.

In "settings\users.txt" add your steamid and your player name.

Format has to be:
