Mani Admin Plugin menu doesn't show up for my SRCDS GUI server(and regular servers)

Ok, my problem this time is that when i am In-gamefor Counterstrike Source, i have already binded the key for admin and i have followed every tutorial for this but it won't work for me.

On regular servers("Find Servers"): I binded the "h" key and i have pressed it in game on servers but nothing happens, and on some other servers, it says you do not have access to this command. I have also tried typing this in console: "exec mani_server.cfg", "exec mani_admin_plugin", or "exec server.cfg."

On Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server console: I have typed in my own server password for srcds and the address, which usually is 192.168.0.17:27015" in the console but then when i type "ma_client addclient", and then my current steam profile name, but it just says unknown command ma_client.

So, I dont understand what I did wrong.
