"Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server" only shows in LAN section of CS:S

Question
Ok, so my problem this time is that I'm using Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server SteamGUI and everytime I create a server, it only shows up in LAN section, though I have forwarded all the ports through my Thomson router. Please tell me why it won't show up in the Internet section of my Counter-Strike Source master server list.

System Specs:
Server OS/OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Start Up Command/"Target":
Quote: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe

::Usual Issues::; "Steam, Counter-Strike Source, SRCDS/Dedicated Server"

Well! I actually had the same problem before. Did you Port-Forward 27015? " here is a good site for port forwarding tutorial if you don't know " http://portforward.com/ " And for dedicated server yours will all way's show on the LAN list. But for other people it will show up on the Main Server List "if you have everything setup right" make sure you also have in the Dedicated server menu you have Internet marked instead of LAN. Best of luck!

Here's a few things that come to mind:

- Post your server.cfg file contents for our review please
- Try connecting your PC directly to your Internet modem and testing it without a router in the mix
- List the ports you have port forwarded so we can double-check you got them all
- Is Windows Firewall running - Try disabling it
- Are you running a firewall software through an Antivirus program? Try disabling it as well?

Let us know.

OK, so, i have visited portforward.com and i have done it for my thomson DWG875 router, which is the only router brand listed on portforward.com thomson routers btw, and i have port forwarded all the ports and have done it as the pictures show. I included my ip address, which is 192.168.0.17, and still nothing. BTW, I also use SRCDS GUI instead of the console version because the console version doesnt launch, and i have posted this on a different thread if you want to, check it out, but thats a different thread.
