Hello,
I host one srcds on a virtual machine with:
1. Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
2. QEMU Virtual CPU Version 0.12.5 (4 CPUz) , ~ 2.1 Ghz
3. 2 GB RAM
4. Page file: 969MB used , 3125MB available
And , when I want to fill the server with expert bots (up to 20 bots) , server is lagging like hell , I mean it has severe fps drops. I have also tested this with real people inside and yes , it had also severe fps drops and laggy gameplay.
Why this happen? This machine supposed to host up to 4 srcds 30-slot no-lag, according to my knowledge , but this one seems to have huge problem...
What to do in order to optimize/fix it? Is this an issue from the hosting company or can I fix it easily? I have already informed about this , though.
But, I would be happy , if you could help me.
Thank you very much!
P.S. This kind of lag exist also to my other 2 virtual machines with linux debian installed , same specs
