Is there any way to install sdk hooks onto srcds server, and the reason why is I need to use plugins, and my plugins need sdk hooks to work

Drop it in /addons/sourcemod/extensions.

Actually, it won't work. You have to use an SDK plug-in to install the server. Click here for more info.
