download problem

Sometimes when i join my server i have to download some files that i already got.

Why does this happen?
Does it happen to others?
How can i fix it?

I heard from few ppl complains that if they play on my server, then on another server, and go back to mine, they sometimes have to download files again...

I have no clue of what's going on there

Weird...
I don't know if i have to do something about sv_download or what all that stuff is called...

They may be files that aren't on the fast downloads for your connecting clients, but aren't critical to connecting the game. IE: Sounds, Custom Textures, or Models.
