CSS Server help needed ASPA

i'm trying to run a CSS server off my old comptuer (a dell isperon 6400 laptop) i kinda need this up and running for tonight as we need a second server for our university tournerment.

running FEDORA (latest) 32 bit
2gb ram
LAN connetion though a netgear super hub

internal IP 192168.0.4
external ip: 82.2.58.78
ports forward, i wasn't sure which one exactly so 27000 though 27015 is forwarded.

the onlything i didn't do from the above link is the shit with screen as i run though a guake terminal.

however it basically doesn't do anything, i can't find it over LAN and cirtenly not over the internet. i need this up for tonight really. first off the textures didn't load so i had to run a scrit found on this side to change the file names to capitals then it stop saying failed to load ......vmt

tried connectiong though the console in CSs using the internal IP address however this does nothing.

below is what the server says though the terminal however i don't really understand server hosting that much so if something is missing please inform me and i'll post it asap as i need this running, not sure if there is a log file to go with this.
