Hey our server has recently gotten this error message ALOT
threadtools.cpp (2610) : Assertion Failed: Illegal termination of worker thread

Or similar to that, we run a Counter-strike: source with Sourcemod
It's not a plugin we have already tried to determen the fault and its not a plugin.
so what is it?
Do anyone know whats the fault of the error to crash the server?
i have searched pretty much and i saw that MANY have this issue.
We run on a windows xp professional 32-bit version 2002, service pack 3.
