I'm thinking about starting a backyard chicken coop and considering Hoover Hatchery for my chicks. Can you recommend a site that has reviews about their services and quality so I can make an informed decision? Much appreciated!

I ordered 10 Light Brahma chickens from Tractor Supply online. They got these chicks from the Hoover Hatchery. Everything hoover hatchery you read about is the good stuff . Now for the bad. They shipped 11 tiny chicks in a small box with holes. Poor 11th chick was supposed to be a heater. It was a very cold and windy day. Their only protection was a small pillow on the floor of the box and some straw. I got a call from PO, got dressed and hurried. I was handed the chickens and put a box under my coat to protect them from the wind. When I got home, I opened the bo. One chick was already dead.
