Update - not working

i do the update and for some reason i do it and then i restart it and then says update and restart. soo idk why its doing this. ? should i wait for a sourcemod plugin ? idk need some help tho

What update? You need to be way more specific HLDSUPDATETOOL??? Sourcemod how will that help?

i have the same problem i update the srcds white HLDSUPDATETOOL but when i start the server it's says update and restart plz help
