Psychostats Interface Plugin Rearmed

I´m trying to install the plugin "Psychostats Interface Plugin Rearmed" in my linux SRCDS server.

I got success on install, but in the game the options "rank", "statsme", "sessions" and so on only works by type command "psycho" and after choose "rank", "sessions"....

If I try type this command directly on chat (say), don´t work...the only command that works by chat is TOP.

Does anybody have an ideia about this?
