At about 110mbps the server will become srcds becomes responsive. Does anyone have a work around for this? Valve has responded to a post on the mailing list regarding this but isn't working toward a resolution.

I don't there is any way to force SRCDS to use the new speed, unless the rates can be configured to it.

Possibly a windows tweak to enable certain ports to utilize the data rate?

Could be. I really have no clue, because srcds should be able to use the maximum supported by the card, which is 1 Gbit.
