No Orange Box folder and no SRCDS.exe File

Hi there, I recently reinstalled srcds to get a server running for some mates and I, and I encountered a problem. I went to go check that I had all the files, when I noticed that srcds.exe, and the orangebox folder were missing. Any idea why or how to fix this?

4GB Ram
AMD Phenom™ 8450 Triple Core Processor 2.10 GHz
GeForce 9500 GT (Graphics Card)
Windowns Professional 64 Bit

Yes, You want to run the HLDSupdatetool.exe again, should download any missing stuff.

Honestly I've had the update tool not update fully many of times, even after multiple attempts. It's good practice to just run it until it doesn't download anything anymore.
