MG server messed up

My MG server is messed up, I don't know if the SM plugins are causing this to happen

Plugins:
HealthKit on Death
Throwing Knives
RCon Lock
RTDice
Connect Announce

EXT:
SDK HOOK
Socket

Other Mods running:
EventScripts - No scripts running

Maps:
mg_balance_beta3 - the round tables not working when you spawn it automatically drops and kills you
mg_car_fall - cars fall when you are released from being fallen
mg_3k_lego_smash - Rocks won't come out and smash other legos
