Can't get my dedicated server online!

Hi forum!
I have a little problem with my Left 4 Dead 2 dedicated server.. I can't get it online!
I can see the server on Steam groupserver and are able to connect to it on LAN, from several computers. So the server is working.
My problem is that people outside my lan can't connect.. I'm not either able to start it with my wan ip.
All the ports needed are opened and I've tried turning off my firewall and antivirus.

My specs:
Os: windows 7, 64 bit
RAM: 8 gb
Processor: QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 965, 3416 MHz (17 x 201)
Game: Left 4 Dead 2


The startup command I'm using at the moment are "C:\L4D2\left4dead2\srcds.exe -console -game left4dead2 -maxplayers 8 +sv_lan 0 +map c5m1_waterfront", But I've tried several others too..

It's a modfree server, I haven't needed any mods since I can't get it online xD

Does anybody see what I'm doing wrong...?

Can you see from the "internet" section of the Steam game browser? Are you sure you opened up all of the ports correctly on firewall of your ISP hardware? You also may try adding the IP to the start command line like this:

-ip x.x.x.x -port 27015

Use your external IP if it's a DMZ, or your internal if not.
