So i'm kinda new to this stuff ( plus my english isn't very good heh 
) so im going to use the form itself lol

Processor: AMD Phenom™ 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20GHz
Ram: 4 GB
Game(s): E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy
Start Up Command:
Admin Mods: Nothing
NETWORK AND BANDWIDTH INFO
Bandwidth:
- Download: 10MB
- Upload:1MB
Router: Encore WR514R, wired connection
Local IP of Server: 192.168.1.1
External IP: 201.37.75.195
Port Forwarding Screen Shot:

Typical Home Network: [Server] --> [Router] --> [Modem] --> [Internet]
So, the problem is that my .bat file says that he can't open "valve.rc", and so he can't start the server...any clues?
