Yet Another TF2 Server Problem
#1
Hey guys after many hours of research and trying to get my server up I finally have it installed! There is only one problem... NO ONE can connect. Only my LAN can connect and I cant even find my server on the master list.
I registered it, port forwarded and everything.

I was hoping that maybe one of you would have an answer or see my mistake... The whole idea behind this server is to have a complete re-skin of all the characters and different maps. Here are some screen shots :

C:\Server\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -hostport 27015 +maxplayers 24 +map ctf_2fort +ip 192.168.1.3

Like I said no one even when I give them my server ip and port (27015) can connect.

Thank you all for your time Smile

I got rid of the +ip command and told my friends to connect using the public ip. Still no luck Sad, I even gave them my port number.

Have you added the +sv_lan 0 to your command line?

Actually I did but haven't been able to get it to run publicly.

Remove +IP Line
Remove rule 1 (server) from your firewall (It's already covered by rule 4)
Make sure your computer's local IP didn't change.

I am going to try that when I get back home tonight. I'll let you know how it works out, thank you.
