Failed to update item schema error

Hello!
This is my first post to srcds forums and i am a noob at this server stuff so go easy if this is a stupid easy fix.
I recently made a tf2 server and i have done all the updates via hldsupdatetool.exe and they are all present but when i run the server

Code:

c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -hostport 27015 +maxplayers 24 +map ctf_2fort

when i try running the server it works perfectly and the grey bar is on top as well until this happens

then it stops working and the top grey bar disappears
now my specs

Server OS: Windows 7 64bit
Processor: Intel core i7 2675qm 4 phys. cores and there is hyperthreading
Ram: 4gb
Game(s): team fortress 2
Start Up Command: c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -hostport 27015 +maxplayers 24 +map ctf_2fort
Admin Mods: (nope.avi)

P.S if need be i can provide a screenshot of the entire command running and upload it.

Nice. Im in the exact same situation as you. except Ive had my server up on lan for a few days now.
