problem on linux gmod server

I have this problem when I start the server:


Tried to create string table 'DynamicModels' twice

PreMinidumpCallback: updating dump comment
Uploading dump (in-process) [proxy '']
/tmp/dumps/crash_20111201203435_1.dmp
Segmentation fault
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

The problem I am experiencing is when going to the good server every time I try to join the game it looks like people are moving around but no weapons are being fired and when someone presses enter it goes to the menu on the top. I've tried using ssh and connecting from local LAN instead of the internet.
