how to install mattie event scripts on a dedi

hello, i have installed matie event scripts on a bought server before were i just place the files on an ftp sever and it does all the rest. how do i go about putting this on a home dedi server that i made with hlsupdate.?

and install EventScripts v2.1.1 Beta Release
