Source Dedicated Server

I've got a fresh installation of steam and I've just downloaded some dedicated servers. Unfortuntaely when I try to run a Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server I get th following error:
MountFileystem (242) failed: SteamMountFilesystem (984,242,0x28cfd58=,0x28cfc48) failed with error 106: failed to resize the cache file
I've tried validating and defraging. I've also tried freeing up some HDD space (7 gig free).

Add -verify_all -retry in the update command you used to install the server, then run the command again.

I didn't use a command line to install the server, I just used the Steam GUI

Aha... Well then i don't know. Probably everyone on here uses the hldsupdatetool when installing servers.
