srcds error

I have an problem with the srcds.exe now... i just updated my server and it gave me new files...
Now it says:

*                 Unable to load steam support library.*
*                 This server will operate in LAN mode only.*
*****************************

I tried doing a fresh install but still doenst work -_-
Must be update....

When I browsed to Valves website with that error it comes back as a firewall issue but I doubt that's your problem. It could be a default fall back error for them or something.

a bad update... I just updated it again later on and it downloaded steamclient.dll and stuff like that that fixed the problem...
