Just woundering how many slots/servers my server can handle?

BASIC INFO
Server is an IBM x346 eSeries
Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 32-bit
Processor: 1x Xeon EM64T 3.0 GHz/800 MHz (2 MB L2 cache)
Ram: 8 GB.
Game(s): CS:S
Start Up Command: -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 24 -ip xxxxxxxx -port 27015
Running: SourceMod, MetaMod

what kind of xeon is that actually? intel server cpus are called xeon for 7 years or so, and quite a number of them had 3 GHz, so the speed cannot derived from that...
