How do i find my server ip?

I just created a garry'smod server with SRCDS, (Windows version) and i was just wondering how do i find my server's Ip address?

Does finding it include port fowarding? ( I have no idea what ports or port fowarding is )

You can get your external IP address here:

http://www.whatsmyip.org/

I'd suggest google searching for port fowarding, there is already plenty of material out there on what it is and how to do it.
