Hi,
I'm looking for a plugin that lets me use a command to globally distribute a message over my servers. Like sm_globalsay BUWK and it'll say [GLOBAL] BUWK in the chat. Does this kind of plugin exist?

There is a sourcemod plugin for that.
Both native steam, but also one for IRC based.

Could you please link me to it? I've looked all over. I'm talking about the one without IRC. My host doesn't allow me to run any sorts of IRC services on the network.

Yeah, something like that, just only admins can use it. It's for server-related issues since i host all my servers on one box, then it's kinda hard to go to each server and type that i've got a problem.
