Couldn't CRC, FastDownload not working

I've got the exact same map on my local server directory and the bzipped version on FTP. Yet when I delete the map from my own TF2 installation to test the download, it sends a much smaller file and outputs the error "Couldn't CRC". My friend said it wouldn't even start downloading at all.

Your files probably are named differently I would guess. Either that or they are two different versions of the same map.
