Okay, so It's possible to host a TF2/CS/L4D/HLDM/ but can one set up an Age of Chivalry server using SRCDS? Thanks!

All you should have to do is change the -game option to "ageofchivalry". Its listed right in the hldsupdatetool. I've never installed it personally but the option is there to do it.
