Change server location

Hello,
I use hlsw to control a gameserver without starting the game,
If i add a gameserver , for example this : 212.224.77.40:27015
then i see the folowing sentence at the location
DE - http://www.mrzap.de - The best way to play!
DE For Germany , but then "www.mrzap.de - The best way to play!"
How can i edit this sentence on my own server?
So that my enemys can only know in which country the server is located.
