TF2 Init Script

Hey,

I recently installed my TF2 server. It works very wellt, but I search an init script. I found some, but nothing of them works. My 2 CS:S servers init scripts are working.

Can anyone post me a working tf2 init script?
System OS: Debian 6.0 on my Root.
