Hello everyone! I'm in the process of making a Left 4 Dead Dedicated Server for Windows and I've downloaded the srcds program from the "Tools" tab on Steam. I've set the launch options to

When I open the program I get an error, but I'm assuming that has nothing to do with the server after reading it.

And these are the settings I have on the program.

The problem is, when I have it up and running, my friends can't connect to the server. I give them the IP "71.93.221.119:27015" to connect to, but the game does not load in. What can my problem be? MANY thanks to those who can help me!
