Library error HELP

I'm getting this error when i'm starting my SRCDS(it will still start when i click ok. but it's kinda annoying)

error:

Looks like that error just went awey

It can be ignored. Some people solved this issue by closing Steam before launching the server, where the case would be you ran both Steam and SRCDS on the same machine.

Ohh okey. i will try to close steam.
