Trouble starting Gmod server

I've followed a server setup tutorial (http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Windows_Dedicated_Server_Setup) to T, yet when I start my batch file, the console immediately pops up then closes. I screenshot'd the window and read: "Missing shutdown function for COM_InitFilesystem (info.m_pInitialMod)"

Anyone know how to fix this?

Command line: srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 8
