TF2 Server Banning Issue

I've been running my TF2 hlds on the same pc I play it on for weeks, and there have been no issues. But now all of a sudden, when I get on TF2 and am about to connect or already connect to my server, it just bans me for "rcon hacking attempts". I don't even have an rcon password set, so what is it even talking about? I should probably note that this started happening after one of the recent replay updates and that it happens even if I change it to sv_pure 0 and use -insecure. I don't have anything other than the dedicated server downloaded, and I even downloaded and set up the server again, and it's still doing this. Does anyone know what's wrong/ how to make this stop?

Oh, and it's only happening to me, my friends can still play on my server with no problems.

Do you run any addons? Also what's your RCon cvars set to?
