Server not starting

I'm currently trying to run a Garry's mod server on windows 7, I've managed to get the server up and running fine before, but recently when I hit "Start server" the progression bar showing the progress briefly appears and then dissapears without any error messages, though it is creating dump files which I unfortunately don't know how to use. I've tried re-installing my server, at which point it will work but then the next day I get the same problem.

I haven't been adding addons or games since I did get it working but it can run servers for other games like day of defeat or counter-strike.
