Can't start up srcds

So I'm trying to run a CSS server, but whenever I start the srcds desktop shortcut, I get a message saying the Launcher DLL cannot start because it can't find a specified module.
Please help it's driving me crazy.

BTW. My OS is Windows 7 64-Bit, I have an ATI Sapphire grpahics card, starting it from the srcds.exe file, and no mods on my server. First one who gives me a good answer gets an invite when it's up and running.
