Yes, you just run them on different ports.

I have tried to type in the startup shortcut -port 27005 instead of 27015, but then I got: Couldn't Allocate any hltv IP ports...

Doesn't work. When I get a couldn't allocate .... thingy, it just shuts down. And when I try -27035 I get this:

Code:
Couldn't Allocate any server IP ports.

Try disabling HLTV, put -nohltv on your command line. Also try putting your IP on the command line with -ip [youriphere]

Just out of curiosity, why'd you disable VAC? That shouldn't have an impact on this.

Didn't disable VAC. It... Just never came up on my DOD server.

→ Meaning, I never got the chance to activate or deactivate it, but it just deactivated.
