Server Won't Start (Stuck?)

So I try to start my server and it gets stuck on the last part, no errors, and just sticks at where it says "Network: IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27015 SV / 27007 CL"

Any ideas?

map <mapname> in the console or set a startup map with +map command.
