Help please with setting up a tf2 server?

Hello,i want to setup a tf2 server i did everything but the port forwarding i have no clue about it can somebody help me on how to port forward and what ports to forward i have an Aztech DSL600EW and i have to clue how to portforward in it if someone can explain it with pictures ill be thankful.

and what should i type in the srcds target after i port forward i have this now( C:\SRCDS\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf +clientport 27025 +hostport 27019 +maxplayers 12 +map arena_well -nohltv )
this is from my old server on another router please help.

Here is the port forward guide for that router, HL2 uses the same ports as source, hope it helps.
