Spawnpoint.txt problems with mani-admin-plugin, please help!

Hi!

Sorry for my english,
To pick up a lot with spawnpoint.txt mani-admin-plugin, wanting to increase the slots for my 50 slot server, so I needed to calibrate the spawnpoint 25 spawns for each side, de_dust2 only runs on this server, not somebody's got it made there to give me. Or a hint of how I do it?
