Gmod Server

I'm trying to start a Gmod server for me and another Friend to use, I first tried using the ingame Server creation option, he couldn't join.

Then I installed to SRCDS and got Gmod setup, at first I couldn't join but after some stuff I got into the Server. The server is listed on LAN but not the master server list.

Why won't my server show on the master list?

My friend can't join through the connect command either

The server IP address would be the IP of your game server on your private LAN.

XP (2003) users -> Start -> Run -> CMD -> type ipconfig

Vista and later (2008 R1) Start -> Type cmd in the search or go to accessories -> type ipconfig

As you see my local office IP is 10.0.0.112
