Question is in thread subject. I would like to use radio without re-enabling it every map change.
Disabling MOTD screen server-side. Is it possible?

I think deleting the motd files may work?

I don't believe it is possible to disable the MOTD without hex editing the server binaries, besides, the "radio" would reset upon map change anyway.

Yea, I guess it's not easy to do. And no, radio don't stop upon map change. It happens only because browser loads other site.

Well, maybe you can work out some PHP coding to load secretly load the radio on the page if the user agent is from the game.

But how does it suppose to work? There will be still some period when radio will be disabled. I can just can write a script for SourceMod, which will remember that user was playing radio before map change and load it again on next map.

Well, presuming that the radio is webbased, you could add a little code to detect if it is coming from the game, and if the radio was on, to continue playing it.
