you need a plugin for this, e.g. sourcemod can do the trick with the appropriate voting plugins.

thx that helped umm but one question please...

i can't banned it says writeing banned.cfg or something but the player is still on the players list and he can play without a ban..??

Make the default banned cfg in the addons folder. I've had this problem as well.

so should i take the banned.cfg and drag it into /cstrike/addons
