Port Forward Help

Well i am trying to run a Gmod server using SRCDS. Im using the right ports but it wont work!
Info :
OS : Windows 7
Processor : i5 2.66ghz
RAM : 6gb
Game : Garrys Mod
Startup cmd : C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_flatgrass +hostport 27016 +tv_port 27012 -gamemode sandbox -maxplayers 40 -autoupdate
Admin Mods : Assmod

Port forward info :
Bandwidth : 82 MS Ping, 18.76 Download Speed, 1.28 Upload Speed
Router : WRT54G2 - Linksys
Local IP : 192.168.1.1
External IP : 97.106.118.195
Screens :

Your friends will be able to join via your external IP. However, you will have to use your INTERNAL IP.
