me and my friend try to get a dedicated server. but he can see the server in css servers in 5 sec and its gone.. and 5 min later he can see it again 5 sec and its gone
but early in the day, my friend join but then I had to do something on the server .. so I closed it. and open it again .. but he could not join .. has ip he must join in and port .. but he just could not join
plz help
