I used to start my server with the source dedicated server that u download from STEAM, but since I wasn't able to find VAC for it.... I downloaded the one on this site. But I'm searching how to put a name in it, saying him which port to use, which RCON password I want, and how to make him an internet server.

you need a server.cfg file. for css go http://www.cstrike-planet.com/cfgmaker?cfg=srcds pretty relavant for all source servers.. has the basic like rcon password hostname and stuff.

and what port to use would be to add -port 27015 to the start up line. or whatever port you want.
